Das Produkt hat aktuell keine V-Label-Lizenz.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lidl in Deutschland hat dem V-Label-Team in Deutschland die Fehldeklaration am 14.11.2024 mitgeteilt und einen R\u00fcckruf f\u00fcr den folgenden Werktag angek\u00fcndigt:&nbsp;<strong>Die betroffene Ware wurde Lidl zufolge aus dem Verkauf genommen.<\/strong>&nbsp;Lidl hat zudem zugesichert, die Verpackungen des Produktes anzupassen, bevor es erneut vertrieben wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Nutzung des V-Labels ist an einen Lizenzvertrag gekn\u00fcpft, der mit einer umfangreichen Pr\u00fcfung von Inhalts- und Verarbeitungshilfsstoffen sowie Vor-Ort-Inspektionen einhergeht. Unter anderem m\u00fcssen Designs von Etiketten und Produktverpackungen durch das V-Label-Team freigegeben werden. Im vorliegenden Fall bestand kein Vertrag \u00fcber das Produkt und damit keine Berechtigung, das V-Label auf der Produktverpackung zu verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weltweit haben mehr als&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.v-label.com\/news\/v-label-achieves-a-record-high-number-of-certified-products-and-licensees\/\">70.000 Produkte<\/a>&nbsp;eine V-Label-Lizenz. Sollten Verbraucher eine falsche Verwendung vermuten, freut sich das V-Label-Team \u00fcber einen&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.v-label.com\/de\/falschverwendung-melden\/\">Hinweis<\/a>&nbsp;und wird diesem nachgehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00dcber das V-Label<\/strong><br>Das V-Label ist ein international anerkanntes und seit 1996 gesch\u00fctztes Siegel f\u00fcr vegane und vegetarische Produkte. Es dient den Verbrauchern als Entscheidungshilfe und erm\u00f6glicht die sichere und bequeme Auswahl der Produkte. Die V-Label GmbH koordiniert als Inhaberin der Markenrechte die internationale Zusammenarbeit. In Deutschland wird das V-Label durch ProVeg e. V. vergeben.
