Ingredients

  • ½ pc
    sweet corns corn kernels
  • 200 g
    pumpkin
  • 1.2 little
    water
  • 1 stalk
    wild wakame or a pinch of dried wakame
  • 3 tbsp
    unpasteurized barley miso
  • garnishing: micro-greens

Instructions

  1. Slice pumpkin, cut out corn kernels.
  2. In a stainless steel pot, add water, wakame, and bring to a boil, when vegetables are soft, reduce flame, stir in miso.
  3. Adjust taste with sea salt.
  4. Transfer to serving bowls, garnish
