She did it! Jasmijn’s Plant-Powered Ultramarathon: Complete!
While most people celebrate their 50th with a relaxing vacation, our CEO Jasmijn de Boo marked the milestone by completing an epic ultramarathon!
On 9 August, Jasmijn successfully completed a 52-kilometer race at 2250 meters of elevation in the challenging Welsh Brecon Beacons.
Despite a packed schedule, last-minute moving, and limited training time, Jasmijn’s commitment paid off.
With the support of her husband and a plant-based diet, she pushed her limits for a cause she deeply believes in – creating a kinder and more sustainable food system for everyone.
