Chocolatey orange pots (ve)

Delicious chocolate orange pots that are the perfect party pudding. It can also be served in pots, and if orange isn't your thing, swap out the fruit for strawberries or raspberries! Portion sizes relate to a child of primary school age, please amend to suit your needs.

Ingredients

  • 300 g
    oranges, separated into segments, remove the skin if using fresh (or try tinned mandarin oranges)
  • 300 g
    silken tofu
  • 40 g
    maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 15 g
    cocoa powder
  • orange zest To garnish

Instructions

  1. Line a shallow tray with the chopped orange segments.

  2. Blend the tofu, syrup and cocoa powder with a stick blender until smooth.

  3. Pour the tofu mixture over the orange segments and spread evenly, smoothing the top. Top with orange zest.

  4. Refrigerate until set (at least an hour but can be left overnight).
