Whether your new year’s resolutions are to lose weight, support your immune system or find new ways to save the planet – Veganuary 2021 has you covered! Sign Up Now!

You are free to start your new year’s resolutions whenever you are ready. The Veganuary challenge is available for sign ups at any point throughout the month of January. Simply enter your email address on this page to join over 1 million other participants in taking the pledge. Once you have registered, you will receive an email from the Veganuary team every day for 31 days. Each email includes valuable information about a vegan diet. If you are new to a plant-based lifestyle, it is important to receive education on how to balance your plate and which foods to start eating more of. Veganuary offers daily recipes to make sure you remain inspired throughout the month, as well as insight on many topics ranging from Vitamin B12 to Vegan Chocolate!

All your vegan questions answered by a dietitian

To provide support to everybody who is taking part in the challenge, we will be hosting a live Q&A with registered dietitian, Michelle Zietsman, every Wednesday evening at 7pm during the month of January. ProVeg South Africa will be asking her some questions on achieving optimal nutrition on a plant-based diet and then we will hand it over to the listeners for questions. The Live Q&A will be hosted on our Instagram platform and saved onto our feed afterwards. We hope to see you there!
