Tofu Scrambles Recipes everyone should try!

Tofu is versatile in the kitchen and packed with plant protein. We think that everybody should be experimenting with tofu, either by throwing it into a smoothie, frying it up or turning it into your favourite scrambled egg replacement dish! Find two tofu scrambles recipes to choose from below.

Where does tofu come from?

Tofu is high in protein, containing all essential amino acids as well as important minerals such as potassium and magnesium. It is prepared by curdling soya milk, pressing it into a block and cooling it. Find a tantalising visual of Chef Jay Mac from The Kind Kitchen making his own tofu.
