Mee Goreng Mamak

14 tbspcooking oil

2 clovesgarlic chopped

3 nosbird eye chili crushed

1 nostomato cubes

1 nosboiled potato cubes

2 pcstofu 1 crumble, fried and cubed

5 pcsfried tofu puff cut half

400 gyellow noodle

Garnish

coriander leaves chopped

4 slicecucumber sliced

2 noscalamansi cut the top part
Instructions
"Shrimp" Fritter

Mix all the ingredients with the necessary amount of water until you achieve a thick pancake batter-like consistency.

Allow it to rest for 20 minutes.

Please remember to deep fry them.
Paste

Mix all the ingredients with a cup of water and simmer in a pan until it thickens to a paste-like consistency.
Mee Goreng Mamak

Sauté garlic, chilies, and shallots with mee goreng mamak paste.

Add tomatoes, boiled potatoes, fried tofu, scrambled tofu, and taupok to the pan and stir. Then, add water, adjust seasoning, and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Add the noodles, stir well, then add mustard leaves and beansprouts before serving.

Garnish with coriander leaves, red chilies, fried shallots, calamansi, sliced tomato, and cucumber. Ready to serve.
