Ingredients

Muah Chee

  • 65 g
    glutinous flour
  • 8 g
    tapioca flour
  • 110 g
    water
  • 1 tbsp
    oil

Black Sesame (Coating)

  • 2 tbsp
    black sesame powder
  • 1 tbsp
    brown sugar

Peanut (Coating)

  • 2 tbsp
    grounded peanuts
  • 1 tbsp
    demerara brown

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous flour, tapioca flour, water and oil. Cook in a pot and keep stirring over low flame until a non-sticky dough is formed.

  2. Divide muah chee into 2 equal portions. Cut into bite-size.
  3. Coat muah chee with mixture of grounded peanuts or black sesame sugar mixture.

  4. Serve warm.
