Sesame Pudding

400 mlsoymilk not added sugar

60 mlrice malt syrup

½ tspagar powder

1 pinchsea salt

2 tbspblack sesame tahini

2 tspkudzu powder dissolved with 2 tbsp water
Instructions

Place soymilk, sweeteners, agar powder and salt in a pot and bring to a boil over a medium flame over a gas stove, stirring frequently.

Add the dissolved kudzu little by little while stirring to prevent lumps. Bring the mixture back to a simmer and cook until it thickens a little. Turn off the flame.

Place the sesame paste in a bowl, add a little of the hot soymilk mixture and whisk to combine well. Return mixture to the pot and cook on low flame while stirring for 3 minutes.

Transfer to individual cups, set aside to cool and refrigerate a little before serving.
