Balsamic Reduction Sauce

0.25 cupbalsamic vinegar

Instructions
Smoked Tofu & Tempeh

Marinate tofu and tempeh in a mixture of shoyu and all other ingredients for 1 hour.

Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Place tofu and tempeh in the pan and brown on either side.

Boil vinegar in a small saucepan until the volume reduces to about half. Set aside to cool.
