Chia chocolate pudding with strawberry ragout

For the chia chocolate pudding

400 mlalmond milk

80 gchia seeds

40 gcocoa powder
-
3 tbspagave or maple syrup

1 pinchcinnamon

1 shotespresso
-
1 pinchsalt
For the strawberry ragout

250 gstrawberries
-
1 tbspagave syrup
-
1 splashbalsamic vinegar
-
few dashesfresh ground colourful pepper
To serve

1 tbspalmond slivers

mint leaves
Instructions
For the chia chocolate pudding

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Pour into glasses and chill, preferably overnight.
For the strawberry ragout

Clean the strawberries and cut them into small slices or cubes. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and season to taste.
To serve

Pour the strawberry ragout over the chia chocolate pudding, decorate with mint and almonds and serve.
Notes
You can add a shot of brandy or amaretto to the chia pudding mixture for an extra kick.
