Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 1 cup
    brown rice
  • 50 g
    corn kernels
  • 100 g
    edamame
  • 1 pc
    cucumber
  • 10 pc
    cherry tomatoes
  • 6 pcs
    lettuce leaves
  • 1 pc
    grapefruit
  • 3 pcs
    king oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp
    water
  • cilantro leaves a few
  • sesame dressing or any salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash 1 cup of pre-soaked brown rice and cook it with 1 cup of water in a rice cooker.
  2. Steam the corn kernels and edamame together.
  3. Wash the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Wash the lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Wash and cut the grapefruit to get grapefruit flesh.
  6. Slice the king oyster mushrooms and cut both sides with vertical and horizontal lines.
  7. Heat a pan and pan-fry the mushrooms on both sides until golden brown.
  8. Mix 1 teaspoon of soy sauce with 2 tablespoons of water and drizzle it over the mushrooms.
  9. Arrange all the prepared ingredients on a plate.
  10. Sprinkle with cilantro, add sesame dressing, and mix everything together before serving.
