    bihun
  • 3-4 tbsp
    vegan sambal
  • 2 cup
    vegetable stock/water
  • ΒΌ cup
    santan/coconut creaml tomato cut into wedges
  • 3 pcs
    baby sweet corn halved
  • 1 handful
    curry leaves
  • 2 pcs
    tofu puff
  • 1 handful
    bean sprouts
  • 1 pc
    calamansi lime halved

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add oil and saute sambal until fragrant. Add curry powder and saute until fragrant.
  2. Add water and coconut cream and stir to combine.
  3. Add tomato, sweet corn, curry leaves, tofu puff and bring to simmering.
  4. Add cooked bihun and stir to combine.
  5. Serve in a bowl and top with bean sprouts and calamansi lime.
