Rojak Sauce

  • 35 g
    hatcho miso
  • 1 tsp
    fermented soy powder belacan-sub
  • 20 g
    key lime juice
  • 25 g
    barley malt
  • 25 g
    rice malt syrup
  • 10 g
    agave syrup
  • 15 g
    coconut palm sugar
  • 20 g
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp
    chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    nama shoyu
  • 1/4 tsp
    sesame oil

Fruit Rojak

  • assorted fruits and vegetables
  • pineapple diced
  • cucumber cut into chunks
  • jicama sliced
  • firm tofu diced
  • bean sprouts blanched
  • water spinach blanched
  • wax apple diced

Topping

  • toasted sesame seeds
  • toasted ground peanuts

Instructions

  1. For the rojak sauce, simply mix well all the ingredients to combine into a sauce (Ingredients: prepare appropriate amount of pineapple, cucumber, jicama, firm tofu, bean sprouts, water spinach, wax apple and etc).

  2. Place fruits and vegetables in a mixing bowl, spoon some rojak sauce over, toss to coat well. Sprinkle it with toasted ground peanuts and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
