Easy Baked Doughnuts

It's hard to say no to a good doughnut. Instead of wondering where you can get one, you can just make some delicious ones at home in under 20 minutes!

Dry Ingredients

1 ½ cupsall-purpose flour

½ cupsagave nectar

2 tspbaking powder

1 pinch(es)salt

1 dash(es)cinnamon
Wet Ingredients

¾ cupssoy milk or preferred plant milk

1 tspapple cider vinegar

1 tspvanilla extract

¼ cupsapplesauce

¼ cupscoconut oil
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Combine the wet ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook them over medium-low heat until it starts steaming (about 2 to 3 minutes)

Combine the wet and dry mixtures together and mix them until you form a soft dough.

Scoop the dough into a non-stick doughnut pan and bake for about 12 minutes.

Done! Let the doughnuts cool completely and decorate with melted chocolate or other preferred toppings.
