Cashew Parmesan

This easily prepared vegan parmesan consists of only four ingredients. It perfectly fits with pizza, pasta and everything else for which you would usually use parmesan. Cashews and nutritional yeast flakes are the key components. 

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 90 g
    cashews
  • 3 tbsp
    nutritional yeast flakes
  • 3/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and process until the parmesan is finely chopped.
  2. The vegan parmesan keeps in the fridge for several weeks.
