150 gBoiled Plant-based meat (Vchunks) cut into small pieces

Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.

Stir in the Vchunks slices and cook until they are browned on all sides.

Add the paprika and salt. Stir well to coat the Vchunks.

Add the diced tomatoes and scotch bonnet pepper. Cook for 7- 10minutes .

Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

Simmer for a few more minutes until it is cooked and the flavours meld together.

Add the onion and the green pepper and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
