From September and November 2025, ProVeg China conducted an extensive series of campus roadshows across leading universities in China, deepening collaboration with academic institutions and engaging students in dialogue on food innovation and future protein systems.
From Shanghai to Xi’an, from Changchun to Fuzhou, these visits were not simply promotional events. They were part of our broader commitment to building long-term partnerships with universities, supporting interdisciplinary education, and connecting students with real-world challenges in sustainable food systems.
Over 2,000 students have registered for the 6th ProVeg Food Innovation Challenge to date, reflecting strong interest from the next generation of food scientists, technologists, and innovators.
