Beetroot Bread (VE)

Ingredients

300 mlPlant milk

1 tspApple cider vinegar

300 gSpelt flour

200 gPlain flour

1 tspBicarbonate of soda

5 gFine sea salt

100 gBeetroot Finely chopped
Instructions

Add the apple cider vinegar to the plant milk and stir.

Add the flours, bicarbonate of soda, sea salt beetroot and milk mix into a bowl and mix.

When the mixture forms a loose dough, use your hands to shape into a loaf shape.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of flour the bottom of a 1lb loaf tin.

Place the dough into the tin and bake for 35 – 40 minutes in a preheated oven (200c)
