Hiring process
We need to make sure that you and ProVeg are a good fit for each other before we start working together. This means that there are several steps involved in our hiring process:

- First interview with a representative from the People and Culture team
- Online hands-on trial task
- Second interview with your manager and possibly your future team
- Final decision

What’s the best way to apply for a position at ProVeg?
–Your application must include a cover letter (addressing your motivation and how you meet the person specification criteria) and your CV. Please submit your application solely via our online application form, as we can’t accept and process applications submitted via email.
What happens after I apply for a position?
+After you submit your application for a position, our hiring team will review your qualifications and experience to determine if you are a good fit for the role. If your application meets our initial requirements, you will be contacted for an online screening interview. The interview process may involve multiple rounds of interviews with different members of our team as well as online assessments.
How can I prepare for my interview?

- Review the job description: Understand the position’s responsibilities and requirements.
- Be open and critical: Help us to determine whether you and ProVeg are a good fit and prepare some questions you would like to ask us.
How long does the hiring process take?
+The length of our hiring process can vary depending on the position and the number of applicants we receive. However, we typically aim to complete the process within 4-6 weeks from the application deadline.
During this time, we will review all applications and determine which candidates meet our initial qualifications. This typically takes up to two weeks, which is when you will hear back from us. Afterwards, we will conduct interviews and follow-up assessments to determine the most qualified and best-fitting candidates.
