Hiring process
We need to make sure that you and ProVeg are a good fit for each other before we start working together. This means that there are several steps involved in our hiring process:

- First interview with a representative from the People and Culture team
- Online hands-on trial task
- Second interview with your manager and possibly your future team
- Final decision

+The length of our hiring process can vary depending on the position and the number of applicants we receive. However, we typically aim to complete the process within 4-6 weeks from the application deadline.
During this time, we will review all applications and determine which candidates meet our initial qualifications. This typically takes up to two weeks, which is when you will hear back from us. Afterwards, we will conduct interviews and follow-up assessments to determine the most qualified and best-fitting candidates.
