Joint Position on EU School Milk

The Farm to Fork Strategy and the European Commission Report on Drivers of Food Security have both highlighted the need for a transition towards more sustainable consumption patterns and the fact that a shift to a more plant-based diet will not only improve public health but also reduce the environmental burden on the current food system. We – an alliance of NGOs and businesses working in the plant-based sector – welcome the review of the EU School Scheme in order to align with these goals and improve the resilience of our food system.
