Vegan Restaurant Donates £700 to Fund Sustainable School Dinners

Plant-based restaurant The Tipsy Vegan has donated an incredible £721 to our School Plates programme to help us make school food healthier and more sustainable!

Earlier this year, The Tipsy Vegan team decided to donate 25p from the sales of three popular menu items to School Plates. Thanks to their generous initiative, they’ve so far raised over £700 for our programme, allowing us to turn even more school dinners plant-based.

And their generosity continues to blow us away! The Tipsy Vegan will now give a free drinks voucher to any of their customers who donate to the School Plates programme.

To claim your voucher, simply head to one of their restaurants in Cambridge or Norwich, and make a donation. You’ll receive a confirmation email after you donate, which you’ll need to show to a member of staff. They’ll give you a free voucher to spend on their delicious drinks menu the next time you visit!

School Plates is entirely donor-funded – we wouldn’t be able to continue our work without our amazing supporters! And thanks to one generous supporter in particular, all donations made before 31st December will be matched. This means your donation will have double the impact – at no extra cost to you.

We’re so grateful to the amazing Tipsy Vegan team for supporting our work. If you’d like to follow in their footsteps and help us provide children with healthier and more sustainable school food, please make a donation today. Every pound makes a difference.

A huge thank you to The Tipsy Vegan team and to all of our incredible supporters who make School Plates a reality. We couldn’t do it without you!
