Vegan overnight oats

Ingredients

40 goat flakes perhaps a little more

120 mloat milk or another plant-based milk; perhaps a little more

1 tspchia seeds or ground flax seeds

1 pinchvanilla pulp scraped from vanilla pod, or vanilla sugar

1 tbspdates cut into small pieces; alternatively, use raisins

fresh fruit as desired
Instructions

Mix the oatmeal with the plant-based milk and stir in the chia seeds.

Now stir in the vanilla pulp and the dates.

Wash the fruit, cut into small pieces, and add as a topping. Alternatively, add the fruit just before serving in order to preserve as many nutrients as possible.

Place everything in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy a delicious, healthy breakfast the next day!
Notes
For a more delicate taste, you can add a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon, a teaspoon of nut butter, or cocoa nibs.
