You can make these tasty snacks in whatever way suits you best. Add your favourite ingredients and mix together seeds, nuts, and dried fruit – just make sure the banana-to-dry-ingredient ratio follows the recipe.
These crunchy bars contain oatmeal, linseed, and various nuts. They last a long time, so you can make a big batch all at once. They can also be frozen, so you can keep them even longer.

100 goatmeal

10dried figs

3bananas
-
70 gmixed nuts

25 gbroken linseeds

25 gsesame seeds

4 Tbsp.sunflower seeds

30 ggrated coconut

1 tsp.cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the oatmeal with the seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and a small pinch of salt.

Grind the nuts briefly in a blender or hack into small pieces.

Cut the figs into small pieces and stir into the dry mixture.

Then mash the bananas and mix them in with the other ingredients. Make sure that everything is well mixed.

If the mix seems too dry, add some extra banana, a little bit of water or a small splash of oil.

Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Use the back of a spoon to spread the mixture out to form a 1.5 cm deep rectangle.

Put it in the oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes. Then, cut into slices with a large knife.

Let the slices cool down completely before serving or packing them piece by piece for later.
