Avocados are the main ingredient, along with tomatoes, onions, garlic, lemon or lime juice, pepper, coriander, and other herbs. It’s a versatile accompaniment to a whole variety of different meals – with tacos, pasta, potatoes, in a wrap, or on bread. Guacamole tastes so fantastic you could just enjoy it by itself!
