Welcome to Veggie Challenge! This application (“the App”) is designed to help you and your team track the positive environmental impact of your dietary choices within Microsoft Teams.
By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
1. Description of Service
Veggie Challenge is a Microsoft Teams application that enables users to participate in challenges, track their CO2 savings, and view aggregated team performance. The App is integrated directly into the Microsoft Teams platform to provide a seamless experience.
2. Data Usage and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Data Collected: The App collects information necessary for its core functionality, such as user-provided email addresses for authentication, group codes for team association, and data related to participation in challenges to calculate environmental savings.

3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:

- Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the App.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developers of Veggie Challenge and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developers of Veggie Challenge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProVeg International Inc. is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
