Pancakes
Since I can remember, I have always loved pancakes, topped with some apple sauce, cinnamon and a little bit of sugar on the top. The recipe below is very versatile and can be enjoyed both savory and sweet, depending on the toppings you choose.
Ingredients

320 gflour

1/2 literplant-based milk

1/2 teaspoonof baking powder

1 packvanilla sugar

margarine or neutral oil for the pan

Toppings Your imagination is the limit! peanut butter, cinnamon, apple sauce, fruits, or on the more savory side tomatoes, hummus, cucumber.
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together until, after a couple of minutes, a smooth batter forms. If needed, add a little more flour or liquid to reach your desired consistency.

Heat a neutral oil or margarine in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a large spoonful of batter to the pan and spread it out evenly.

Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the batter begins to set. Flip the pancake and cook until both sides are golden brown.

Add your toppings and enjoy!
