Smoothie bowl with raspberry, banana and granola

This pink smoothie bowl is a wonderfully fresh breakfast for the summer, when the temperatures rise. It contains healthy fats, fiber and is packed with vitamins.

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1
    banana cut into pieces and frozen at least 3 hours (or longer) in advance
  • 200 g
    frozen raspberries
  • 500 ml
    (plant-based) milk (e.g. unsweetened soy milk)
  • 1 tbsp
    hemp seeds optional

Toppings

  • 1/2
    banana in slices
  • 2 tsp
    grated coconut
  • (frozen) raspberries
  • hemp seeds optional
  • 1/2 cup
    granola (e.g. without added oil or sugar from Holie)
  • 2 tbsp
    peanut butter (100%)

Instructions

  1. Blend the soy milk together with the remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until it has become a smoothie consistency or slightly thicker. Add some extra soy milk if it doesn't blend well.

  2. Distribute among 2 bowls, add a dollop of peanut butter and decorate with the raspberries, slices of banana, grated coconut, granola and hemp seeds.
