Fruit salad with soy yoghurt
Celebrate the day with the tastiest seasonal fruit and (soy) yogurt. Perfect to complete your summer day, but also to improve your mood on a drizzly day! Delicious as a light breakfast, as a healthy dessert or as a snack. In short, it will be enjoyable with this fruit salad!

Ingredients

400 gunsweetened plant-based yogurt e.g. unsweetened soy or oat yogurt

2 tbspagave syrup optional

200 gstrawberries frozen or fresh

200 gblueberries frozen or fresh

1banana
Instructions

Put all the fruit together in a bowl and mix well.

If necessary, mix the soy yogurt with the agave syrup, and serve the fruit salad with the yogurt.
Notes
Variation tip: try with fresh mint and grated lemon for a fresh summer version!
