Fruit salad with soy yoghurt

Celebrate the day with the tastiest seasonal fruit and (soy) yogurt. Perfect to complete your summer day, but also to improve your mood on a drizzly day! Delicious as a light breakfast, as a healthy dessert or as a snack. In short, it will be enjoyable with this fruit salad!

Ingredients

  • 400 g
    unsweetened plant-based yogurt e.g. unsweetened soy or oat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp
    agave syrup optional
  • 200 g
    strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 200 g
    blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1
    banana

Instructions

  1. Put all the fruit together in a bowl and mix well.

  2. If necessary, mix the soy yogurt with the agave syrup, and serve the fruit salad with the yogurt.

Notes

Variation tip: try with fresh mint and grated lemon for a fresh summer version!
