Tofu bites
I created these when I wanted a fun, practical way to eat scrambled tofu. I’ve shared them at picnics and birthdays, and they’ve become a way for me to express care for my friends.
Ingredients

500 gtofu

30 goat flour or any flour or cooked grain, such as quinoa

20 gnutritional yeast

1 tspsalt

2 tspturmeric

¼ tspcayenne pepper

Fresh or dried herbs (parsley, oregano, or thyme)
Instructions

Mash the tofu with your hands until it forms a smooth paste.

Add the flour, nutritional yeast, and all spices/herbs. Mix thoroughly by hand.

Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.

Air-fry at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. For extra crispiness, leave them in for 30 minutes!
