Greek kebab with potatoes and red bell peppers

Ingredients

  • 200 g
    plant-based Greek kebab e.g. Vivera Plant Gyros
  • 2
    red onion
  • 1 tbsp
    gyros seasoning
  • 2
    red bell peppers
  • 400 g
    precooked potato wedges
  • 1 tbsp
    oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the kebab pieces, and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Chop the onions roughly and cut the red peppers into strips.
  3. Add the onion, red bell peppers, potato wedges, and herbs to the pan.
  4. Stir-fry for about 15 minutes, and season with salt and pepper if desired.
