Blueberry almond porridge
What's better than fresh blueberries in the summer? You can eat them on their own, incorporate them into pancakes or crumbles, or add them to your porridge. A vitamin boost in the morning! This mix of blueberries and almonds gives your body what it needs.

250 mlalmond milk or soy milk for protein-rich version

50 gblueberries

30 galmonds a handful

1/4 tspvanilla extract

1 tspagave syrop to taste

Instructions

Bring almond milk to a boil and add oats.

Let it cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

Optionally, roast the almonds in a dry frying pan while the porridge cooks.

Add blueberries, vanilla, and cinnamon to the porridge and sweeten with agave to taste. Sprinkle the roasted almonds on top.
Notes
Tip: In winter, you can also use frozen blueberries. Let them simmer a bit longer to ensure they are fully thawed.
