200 gtempeh cubed

2 tbsptahini

1 tbspsoy sauce use tamari for gluten-free version

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1 tspmaple syrup

2-3 tbspmayonnaise plant based version

1 dash ofapple cider vinegar

1 pinch ofcayenne pepper

1spring onion finely chopped

Instructions

Bring water to a boil and steam the tempeh cubes in a steamer basket or steaming pot for about 10 minutes.

Grate the steamed tempeh into a bowl. Add tahini, soy sauce or tamari, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, maple syrup, mayonnaise, a dash of apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, spring onion, and grated carrot. Mix everything well. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
